We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from Kathrin Eckhardt Studio online store, however if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 14 days upon delivery to return them to us for a refund or exchange. 

RETURN POLICY

We offer refunds on items bought at full price. 
Please note that sale items are eligible for exchange only.

Please note that custom orders are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return. 

Items bought from the vintage archive shop are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchange. 

Please take care trying on items, as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition. Returns that are damaged, soiled or smell bad, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund or exchange refused.

Before your parcel leaves our studios, it is fully checked by our team. However, if you receive an item which you feel is damaged, please contact us immediately.

RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO Kathrin Eckhardt Studio, Zürich. THE COST OF THE SHIPPING IS CARRIED BY THE CUSTOMER.

Pack your items securely in the original box

Once the item(s) has/have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment used to make the purchase and an email will be sent to you.

REFUND

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT FOR THE REFUND BEFORE GETTING IN TOUCH WITH US.

IF YOUR REFUND HAS NOT REACHED YOUR ACCOUNT, IF YOU’VE DONE IT AND YOU STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR REFUND, PLEASE CONTACT US AT STUDIO@KATHRINECKHARDT.COM AND WE WILL BE HAPPY TO HELP YOU.

In case of return, we will withdraw our shipping cost from your order. The amount for Switzerland is between 9 CHF and 15 CHF, depending on the size of your order.
